- ReportER is a software tool developed for the National Reference Centres on Air Emissions to help report the national inventory to the UN Framework Convention on climate Change (UNFCCC), the EU greenhouse gas Monitoring Mechanism Decision, the UNECE Convention on Long Range Transboundary Air Pollution (LRTAP), and in future also the National Emissions Ceilings Directive and the European Pollutant Emission Register (IPPC Directive). In addition the aggregated data can be reported to EEA.
