Annual European Community Greenhouse Gas Inventory 1990-1999 - Submission to the Secretariat of the UNFCCC (Apr 22 2001 22:00 GMT)

- The report presents an inventory of greenhouse gas emissions from the European Union and its Member States from 1990 up to and including 1999. It shows that the EU's total greenhouse gas emissions fell by 4.0% between 1990 and 1999. The report serves as the EU's annual inventory submission to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
