- This report provides the first compendium of the 64 international environmental conventions signed and ratified by the European Community as well as a "road map" of the main reporting obligations arising from them. The report is intended to clarify the obligations and to contribute to efforts initiated by UNEP to streamline them and thus prevent "reporting fatigue" among public authorities. |
