Visual Studio makes baby Jesus cry (Dec 05 2002 13:45 GMT)

- I've been told IDEs are more efficient that traditional editors. I've been told using a traditional editor you are less productive than with an IDE. I've also heard that Visual Studio is a particularly good IDE, with a good interface and comprehensive set of features. Bollocks. What does it offer me?
