Anonymous Weblogging (Dec 16 2002 12:38 GMT) - Rob Bender: Reverend Jim pretty much sums up my feelings about my own weblog. While in many ways I am proud of this site and enjoy chronicling my thoughts in public like this, there's definitely concerns about how it would be perceived by people I know and work with (in part why I haven't posted as much lately). When my big project went live, I did post a link to the website, but I took it down shortly afterwards for fear that this would show up in their webserver logs. I'm thinking of removing my name from this site (except maybe for an About Me page) so it wouldn't rank #2 on a Google search for my name. |
