- Well I do realize it has been a couple of weeks since my last post... Hopefully, you have been over...

- We have recently seen a dramatic increase in the number of fraudulent PayPal payments coming across our system.We want to emphasize the importance of a few things:LiveJournal never charges any PayPal accounts without specific authorization. We, in fact, cannot initiate any charges ourselves: PayPal notifies us of payments after they have been made.
