What's the real price of gasoline? (Feb 02 2003 16:40 GMT) - Ken Wiwa (son of Ken Saro Wiwa), in the Toronto Globe and Mail: ...the naked truth of our world is that it is made up of entities competing for natural resources. And because the United States hoovers up 25 per cent of the world's fossil-fuel energy supply, it is having to perform verbal gymnastics to persuade the rest of us to subscribe to a story whose basic plot is about fuelling the U.S. |

It's the end of the world as we know it (Feb 02 2003 16:38 GMT) - So Warren goes out of town tomorrow am. He is very nervous about rooming with a stranger. The first time I went out of town with my company I was nervous about rooming with someone that I hardly knew, but at least I knew them. It went well for me, and I am sure that it will for him, but the first few days will be wierd. It is a strange thing, to room with someone other than close friend or family member. |

Brain drain (Feb 02 2003 16:31 GMT) - Today it feels like my brain has been raped by a vacuum cleaner =( Was hoping to finish one or two articles I've been working on, but today it seems just wasn't my day. It happens, even to the best.. =)At least I managed to come up with a few subjects that articles can be based upon, for instance caching.. anyone seen any good articles discussing caching? Hopefully this subject hasn't been covered by many. |

I've Got to Respond to This. (Feb 02 2003 16:23 GMT) - Well, if Nick is going to publicly bitch-slap me, then I feel that I at least have a right to respond. Honestly, I would rather be at the dentist having a root canal but some thing just have to be done. Note that the following is in reference to the following entries in his blog (eJournal): Chasing Amy, Futile and "Just Friends" Bullshit. History: |
