FreeBSD Developer Thrown Out (Feb 04 2003 09:22 GMT) - Slashdot posts an article about a FreeBSD dev thrown out of the project. It strikes to me to read here that they "don't think it's appropriate, nor fair to Matt, to wash dirty linen in public". It's not the first place I read this. From the mail archive it seems that "Matt was unable to treat many of his fellow developers with the civility and respect that they deserve." Here are some links about gaining insight about the whole story. |
