(Feb 07 2003 08:38 GMT) - Limited Funding in Education Calls For Creative Measures I'm just about to change my primary harddrive on my machine at work, with an older but better one from home. I need to install a multi-booting system consisting of win98, Linux and XP. So, my weblog will need to go to standby or even hibernation mode for a while. I only hope it will wake up again. |

However now the legislature is considering this serious loony project of pumping water one vertical mile uphill. Why? So Colorado can store water they're afraid California might grab from them. Welcome to the water wars. |
