life without a TV (Apr 28 2003 05:57 GMT) - This last week has been Turn Off the TV Week. I don't own a TV and haven't watched TV in about 12 years. When I went away to college I didn't buy a TV for myself, and I've never really seen the need to do so since then. The few times I have watched TV (at a friend or family member's house) it only reminded me why I don't usually bother. My younger sister used to watch a fair amount of TV but now she doesn't own one either. |
I protest.

Shhh... Working Hard... (Apr 28 2003 05:54 GMT) - The party went well yesterday and the boys all had a good time. Mike came over after EJ & Sherry's wedding - I had to miss it for the birthday party, but I didn't want him to miss it too. He said it was really nice, and I wish I could have been there for it. They make such a wonderful couple - I wish them nothing but the best in their life ahead together. Today I have been busy on several different projects around the house, and even a few web related ones. |
