N Korea's 3-point plan (Apr 30 2003 02:59 GMT) - Reuters: A leading South Korean newspaper gave a detailed account on Wednesday of North Korea's nuclear proposal to the United States, saying it was a three-stage plan that ended with scrapping nuclear weapons. Chosun Ilbo, in a report from Washington, quoted an unidentified high-ranking government official as saying the first stage involved a resumption of U.S. heavy fuel oil shipments in return for a "promise to halt the nuclear development plan through dialogue". |

I believe that Fleet was guilty...They were already in the process of filling out the paperwork...it is obvious that this came from the bank manager... I am also feeling this way cause I am currently working on a case that 15 individual and organizational accounts belonging to Muslims were closed providing no reason. |
