Processor Price Changes and New Family Members (May 31 2003 06:56 GMT) - There used to be this shoe store in central Illinois that was run like a circus. Flaming hoops were above the racks and aisles and a barker stood by the cash registers shouting out that moments specials. One moment you could buy a pair of shoes at the low, low price of $25 and 20 minutes later that same pair would be recently reduced to $35. It was a gimmick that apparently worked for that company. Computer prices dont always go down in price, but there are times when prices do fluctuate and the deflationary cycle does appear to predominate. |
