- I do have a question about a Tandy 1000 SL computer I picked up yesterday (literally, it was on the roadside...) When I boot it up, I get the message "i/o error at 378h" almost immediately, and the machine freezes right there. From what I've read on other sites, the error is caused by the printer being hooked up but not turned on, or the printer cable being hooked up backward. Well, I don't have a printer at all, and I can't see any way to change anything on the motherboard in the area of the printer connection. Any ideas out there? |
