(Aug 12 2003 23:32 GMT) - Die verfickten Spammer haben es geschafft, dass ich nach Jahren des ircens nicht mehr in meinen Channel komme, weil sämtliche ircops aus mir nicht transparenten Gründen den wohl zweitwichtigsten Provider der Schweiz pauschal k-lined haben. Mal sehen, ob es irgendwo überhaupt eine Seite gibt, aus der ersichtlich wird, welcher Provider auf der schwarzen Liste steht. |

This is in response to some posts and comments elsewhere on depression, but it's definitely not limited to depression, or even to 'bad things'. 1. It's genetically determined and unresponsive to biological input. Social/environmental factors may have some effect on it but nothing worth looking into. |

Syndicating Learning Objects with RSS and Trackback (Aug 12 2003 23:29 GMT) - (via Al DelGado) Ok, so I think I finally get this, especially after doing a few run throughs of the PowerPoint presentation that links from the above. Teachers subscribe to RSS feeds from repositories, and when they use one of the lessons that comes across their aggregators, they post it in their Web logs. This then tracksback (is that a verb?) to the original object where it creates a list of educators who have used that object which gives some context on how or why the object was used in the first place. And so it goes... |
