What a fitting image to mark what may be the most mysterious period in Google's history. Mr. Hitchcock would have been 104 today, and he was absolutely the master of irony. Via Jim Sibley at UBC comes this link to an extensive 'database' of resources on a variety of different collaborative learning environments. What struck me immediately was its up-to-date nature (there's already an item about Alan-Brian-D'arcy's Merlot presentation) and it's obvious awareness of both the blogosphere and ed tech blogging activities. Which made me wonder who was behind it all and where was their blog? Turns out there a few different people involved, all of them apparently educators in South Africa. |
