Radio post index script updated (Aug 15 2003 13:59 GMT) - The publisher of the All That Jazz weblog called my attention to a problem with my Radio post index script: It only worked if weblog entries ended with html. We need to be in ... (Aug 15 2003 13:55 GMT) - We need to be in New York City (my wife has a conference to go to there). We're in Bangor, Maine now. We were going to fly, but may drive to avoid potential problems at airports due to the blackouts. I made a deal with my wife whereby she'll do a lot of the driving while I try and get some work done on my laptop in the passenger seat. We have a nanny for our kids, and she'll be coming too and will keep the kids as entertained as possible during the drive. |

Old Targeting Promises Rolled Out to More Deserving Buyers (Aug 15 2003 13:54 GMT) - Pamela Parker put together a great set of observations linking the current rave in online advertising - behavioral targeting - with one of the bubbly megatrends bursting on the scene just before the bottom dropped out of the online ad startup financing market in 1999. The story rightly points out that we've been here before, with just a couple differences. But one difference, perhaps missed, is the difference in the sort of people that are making the budget allocation decisions today. ClickZ reports. Tig Tillinghast comments. |
