Her current boyfriend also lives in Bremen. My question is "Given that she has been in the habit of having 1 hour long telephone conversations with her boyfriend when she has been at home", and she may wish to continue to do so. What will be the cheapest way for her to call Bremen for 1 hour during off peak times on any day of the week. |
