Institutional Affiliates of JMIR (Oct 01 2003 13:26 GMT) - The Journal of Medical Internet Research, (JMIR) has recently announced support for "Institutional Affiliates". Plan A, designed for smaller institutions, costs 790 USD per year. In Plan A, upfront article processing fees (APFs, normally 500 USD per article) are waived for up to two submissions per year, with a 20% fee reduction for subsequent submissions. Plan B, designed for larger institutions, costs 1190 USD per year. In Plan B, APFs are waived for an unlimited number of submissions from authors affiliated with the institution. |

Embedded Comments in feeds (Oct 01 2003 13:25 GMT) - I fixed the server the other day so that all the main feeds had embedded comments - what I forgot was that the extant feeds, unless they got regenerated (via new content) still had the errors in them. My feed got updated, but the others, until they got new content, weren't getting updated. That's been fixed, and the feeds now have the embedded comments where they belong. |
