Seriously you guys... (Oct 02 2003 05:42 GMT) - What's the deal with Hollywood's new obsession with re-advertising movies being released on VHS/DVD as if they were coming out all over again? Do they really think this works? I mean, the reason no one went to Hollywood Homicide is because it looks like it totally sucks. That doesn't change once it gets converted to DVD format. Jeez. |

Christopher's 500 Hats (Oct 02 2003 05:42 GMT) - Teachers are called on to wear many hats during a day. These days teachers are called on to be all things to all kids. Sometimes I feel like Bartholomew Cubbins in the Dr. Seuss Story "The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins." In the story Bartholomew can't seem to get rid of the hats on his head. |

Blogger News Item (Oct 02 2003 05:40 GMT) - This Times story on Clark being the toast of Hollywood is kind of interesting. They can raise a lot of money and have a lot of influence: The hottest star in Hollywood at this moment is not Nicole or Julia or the two Toms, Cruise and Hanks. Blogger News Item (Oct 02 2003 05:40 GMT) - This evening at 10:10 PM I went down the hall to close the door to the courtyard and noticed that the moon was just setting behind the Olympic Mountains. The moon was dark orange, just barely visible above the horizon. I have never seen the moon colored in this way. I hope it was caused by the forest fire on Hurricane Ridge-----I took a picture with my digital camera but it did not show up. |
