I am going to post the bullets of his presentation - don't necessarily take it as written that I agree with them all... But I do agree with a lot. In fact at one point, I asked David to what extent he felt that this covered the same ground as the Agile Manifesto (I found out afterwards that my colleagues had a bet as to how long it would be before I piped up with that - lol) However, it is interesting to hear the current Microsoft position on process (David comes from a Microsoft Solutions Framework background).
