The site will be targeting students and needs the same platform and usability functions, not to forget the good old video conference facilities. What would it cost to have one, including good gents and ladies to program, design and maybe maintain. Thing is I have a quote and not sure if am being taken for a ride. (Excuse the layman words) Currently using a PHP platform. |
