(Rosies was booked out for a private function), but I couldn't get it to work? Can anyone confirm that it is definitely hooked up on the ground floor now?? |

More Tube Goodness (Oct 08 2003 19:15 GMT) - I like the Tube. You can tell I don't live in London, because I still get all excited by the prospect of a tube journey. Yup. My doctor is aware of my condition. So you can imagine my joy at seeing that the blogging world has seeming gone Tube train mad! |

Tube Guru (Oct 08 2003 19:15 GMT) - Cool tool that I like of the moment - Transport for London's Tube Guru. Pick any station, and it'll tell you what's there for you do do/see/eat/drink. neat, and probably quite cool to organise a London pub crawl with, along with BeerInTheEvening's Crawl Generator, which we've featured before of course, but is well worth the revisit for its usefulness. Client Quotes (Oct 08 2003 19:15 GMT) - Clients. Without them, you'd have no work to do. Which would be good. But then you don't get any cash, so that's bad. Unfortunately, most of them are as thick as shit (the thick type), and think that they know as much as you about the job you're doing for them. |

Bottle Shoot (Oct 08 2003 19:15 GMT) - The citizens of Boozeville, Texas are an untidy lot. Drinking constantly, they don't care for tidy streets. They care not about broken glass piercing the soles of kiddies' feet. Nah, they just toss the empty beer bottles out of the window into the road. I know, its like we're back in the stone age of manners. |

Slingshot (Oct 08 2003 19:15 GMT) - You've all been very naughty this week. Not only have you been drinking at lunchtime, but you've been chucking eggs at that Mr Blaine person who lives in that flying see-through box. You're acting like cavemen. Or cavewomen. I know there are a few ladies reading this too. |
