PHP Wikis (Oct 08 2003 23:24 GMT) - I've been using the PWP Wiki locally to track references and notes for my thesis -- painless setup on windows and works well, generally and offers, unique, a static render mode. However, at Rob's suggestion, I think PmWiki may serve for surfmind, supporting rss, groups, and nested lists (but not any notion of authors).
