Pro-Kahane Websites Deemed Terror Orgs (Oct 12 2003 15:59 GMT) - Four websites espousing the philosophies of deceased Jewish nationalist leader Meir Kahane have been deemed "foreign terrorist organizations" by the US State Department. "The listing, which went unnoticed when announced Oct. 3 in the department's annual redesignation of the world's terrorist organizations, includes the four sites operated by the Kach and its offshoot, the Kahane Chai, both of which have been designated by the department as terrorist organizations."The websites include newkach.org, kahane. |

Helpline Comment (24034) (Oct 12 2003 15:56 GMT) - Ah Ha, yes you are correct Mike. Ethernet was patented by Xerox in 1977, and made a standard in 1983 by the IEEE. So my question would be... How did folks do networking before this standard came about. The system we have here is RS232, and that is how they connected the workstations to the server. |
