Pumpkion (Oct 15 2003 13:50 GMT) - While cleaning up the garden Monday, I noticed an onion under some leaves off to the side of the yard. I thought that some squirrel must have raided it from the compost pile though I didn't remember any onions being in there recently. Johnny had seen a squirrel hauling something around a few days prior, that must have been it. Later, while watering the bushes along the fence, I reached for it to toss it back in the compost bin. Then I noticed its non-onionness, its pumpkinness. |
