Getting Mobile Customers To Sell Their Minutes (Oct 17 2003 09:46 GMT) - Picking up on a strategy used by consumer products companies in poor countries, shrinking the size of a single unit to make it more affordable, a wireless carrier in the Philippines lets those who buy a large chunk of airtime minutes sell those minutes in small bits.
