The workshop will be held April 21-23, 2004 in Vienna, Austria. The XML-based Open Digital Rights Language (ODRL) specification has been adopted by the Open Mobile Alliance, COLIS project, OpenIPMP project, and by open source projects requiring a small-footprint, license-free rights expression language. |
