- Copy folder tree duplicates a selected folder tree, from a selected node outward (or downward, depending on your point of view) into another selected folder. It will optionally copy or move files of certain types that it finds in the process. I wrote this for a specifc purpose*, but hopefully the ideas can be used to suit similar needs. I was helped along by scripts posted here by Dan Decker and Robert Metzker, so I thought I'd share the results. *My particular need was to duplicate the folder structure of my iTunes Music Library into a spot where it would get backed up, but not copy the music files themselves. |

- HP iPAQ Pocket PC h2200 Series owners may know of this problem and solution, when using Notes, trying to save a recorded audio file to an external storage card may not work. This issue could occur when attempting to create and save a recorded audio file, with the Notes application configured to save to a Secure Digital (SD), Compact Flash (CF), or MultiMedia (MMC) card. The recorded audio file is saved to the iPAQ File Store folder (internal memory) instead of the external storage card. In addition, this issue will also occur when one of the program buttons is remapped to "Record" an audio file. When the button is pressed to record, the recorded audio file will be automatically saved to the iPAQ File Store. |
