I Fixed My Truck (Oct 21 2003 23:32 GMT) - From the Miracles Happen department: While I know less about automotive things than I do about, say, childbirth, or astronomy, I still managed to fix my truck myself. This tells the careful reader that my truck was broken, of course, reinforcing my theory that it isn't just computers that suck, but everything. DivX 5.1 béta 2 est dispo ! (Oct 21 2003 23:31 GMT) - There's a new DivX for Mac Beta release for all you Mac addicts to play with, and it's pretty darn cool, if we do say so ourselves. With new features including improved rate control, new high-quality estimation modes, improved b-frames and much more, DivX for Mac Beta 5.1 is a major step forward. Note of course this release is still in the Beta stage, so don't expect a polished, final product. But if you're a Mac user and DivX fan looking to provide feedback that will help us bring you the best codec possible, get busy testing! |
