He was unable to watch or listen to Game 7, the final showdown of The Yanks versus the Red Sox. What’s a fan to do? He had a gig that night, and was committed. Despite his prediction that it would go seven games, even a die-hard fan like Len figured it would already be over come Thursday night. |

We just did the first few suburi, then a little bit of partner practice, doing some basic blocking and "drawing in" with the jo. Class itself started out rather gently, with Tom admonishing us to forget about the top halves of our bodies and just concentrate on legs. |
