Pessoalmente prefiro instalar um firewall na minha máquina e configurar a segurança do browser, mas como isso requer certo conhecimento técnico o usuário comum (mas neurótico com privacidade) pode navegar em alguns lugares sem ser identificado utilizando esses serviços. Não adianta tentar fazer algo ilegal usando essas ferramentas, certamente elas mantém um log dos IPs que utilizam esse serviço e em caso de crime a polícia federal pode solicitar esses logs. Outro uso prático para essas ferramentas é acessar sites que estão inacessíveis por algum problemas de DNS (Domais Name Server). |
