Det skal forhindre regionen i total isolation i forhold til resten af verden. Men mange unge kunstnere og intellektuelle i den arabiske verden vil gerne i dialog med både Vesten og deres egne regimer. De føler bare ikke, at nogen gider at høre på dem. |
