Eine 26-jährige Autofahrerin aus Spandau, die in der Sophie-Charlottenstraße in südlicher Richtung unterwegs war, konnte nicht rechtzeitig bremsen und erfasste den Fußgänger. Er wurde über die Motorhaube in die Windschutzscheibe geschleudert und erlitt eine Vielzahl von Knochenbrüchen sowie schwere innere Verletzungen. Nach einer ersten Versorgung durch die Besatzung eines Notarztwagens wurde der 62-Jährige in ein Krankenhaus gebracht. |

Gegen 18 Uhr 05 wollte er mit seinem Fahrrad aus dem Fennpfuhlweg kommend die Lindenberger Straße überqueren. Dabei wurde er von dem „VW“-Transporter eines 50-Jährigen aus Hohenschönhausen erfasst. An dem Fahrrad des Jungen befanden sich keine Beleuchtungseinrichtung und keine Reflektoren. |

Gegen 0 Uhr 35 hatte eine 31-jährige Mieterin die Rauchentwicklung aus dem Keller bemerkt und Feuerwehr und Polizei alarmiert. Als die Beamten eintrafen, kletterte die Frau gerade aus ihrer inzwischen verqualmten Parterrewohnung auf den Gehweg. Ihre beiden Kinder wurden ebenfalls durch das Fenster ins Freie gebracht. Die fünf Bewohner im Alter zwischen elf und 79 Jahren, die ins Krankenhaus gebracht wurden, sind mit Fluchthauben aus ihren Wohnungen gerettet worden. |
