How do we feel about that? Is that OK? (Nov 11 2003 16:59 GMT) - Non so se avete notato che la nostra stampa al napalm, quella per così dire più interventista e di destra (mi perdoni Rocca), non scrive mai niente su quella eccezionale compressione dei diritti civili degli americani che si chiama Patriot Act (I e II). Non ne parla la stampa neoco(j)ona, non ne parlano i blog di destra, non ne parlano nemmeno i radicali, che se non ricordo male un tempo servivano a qualcosa e si occupavano di diritti civili - adesso l’attuale gestione one neoco(jo)n show si occupa magari dei diritti civili del tacchino di allevamento, ma su Guantanamo e Patriot Act nemmeno una sillaba (e poi lo sappiamo che a Guantanamo i prigionieri sono belli grassi e floridi). |

Waiting for Conversions (Nov 11 2003 16:59 GMT) - Another set of survey results out today points to the branding power of the Internet. According to Baltimore-based Advertising.com, up to 85 percent of conversions occur days after the ad impressions are served. According to the findings, approximately one-third of all conversions happened on the same day that the impression was served, with nine to 11 percent of those conversion within three hours. The longer periods of monitoring revealed that up to 85 percent of conversions occurred days after a user was served an impression. |
