I, personally, wasn't contacted by Diebold and calling Diebold got me a recorded message and a bored staffer who wasn't willing to give me their flak/PR contact. The message does not carry any confidentiality remarks and was sent to a role-account, not a person in general. Also, after receiving the original Diebold-letter, my reader changed his website privacy statement, to include the publication of any message sent to his DNS and Webmaster role-accounts. |
