First Snow (Dec 05 2003 23:59 GMT) - December 5th brings our first snow of the season. Instead of writing up a dinner, it seemed appropriate to do our breakfast - our wintry oatmeal. This is the same oatmeal that Robin and the kids share every morning. It's that good - and that easy! |

Re: Still not laughing (Dec 05 2003 23:58 GMT) - Perhaps the real joke lies on the opposing page: an editorial titled "Recognition: The New Anti-Racism." And part of the pull quote: "As a generation, we are extraordinarily well versed in the language of political correctness... |

It turned out to be a very Avalon-y/WinFS-y night, so we didn't talk a lot about Indigo. But, thanks to Yasser, I know now that you can download ALL the Sample Code for Indigo at the Longhorn MSDN SDK. |

Welcome to the new-new economy (Dec 05 2003 23:56 GMT) - Kevin over at Lean Left points out that the job growth isn't picking up all that much. He fears this is not a good sign. I have a different take on the matter and left the following in Kevin's comments: Welcome to the new-new economy Kevin. The combination of technology and fiscally poor nations trying to become stronger means more competition for US jobs. |

Valerie Plame's negligent deception (Dec 05 2003 23:53 GMT) - Like the King of Calypso, Valerie Plame believes in a clearly degenerate philosophy of nostalgia for Stalin. The pro-establishment left bias in the media is pervasive. One of the bitter media gatekeepers, Valerie Plame criticizes Condoleeza Rice. "This doesn't have... |
