Or Would It Just Be The End of Health Care Benefits for the Family? . . . (Dec 05 2003 16:59 GMT) - Phillip Greenspun:Our home state of Massachusetts has been in the news recently for a positive decision on gay marriages. It would seem that the next natural step would be state recognition of other types of alternative unions. Apparently we don't think heterosexuality is worthy of special legal treatment anymore. Why should duality be favored then over plurality? |

What Are Outkast Listening To? (Dec 05 2003 16:58 GMT) - Stylistically, Outkast's Andre 3000 and Big Boi couldn't be more different. Dre, the eccentric one, rocks the showy ensembles that recall Prince, while the pimped-out Big Boi can normally be found in his standard, baggy hip-hop gear. However, musically, the guys seem to be two peas in an iPod: blending rap, funk and alternative influences seamlessly. |

Are you horrified by the shape of your babies head? (Dec 05 2003 16:58 GMT) - Since 1991, our center has been correcting infants with abnormal head shapes. One part of our center’s screening questionnaire given to parents ask, "When did you first noticed your child’s head shape as appearing "odd" or abnormal?". It is interesting to note that almost all parents answered somewhere between birth and four months. Based upon the response of this question from parents, one might associate the phenomenon of abnormal head shapes due to "positional molding" as occurring between birth and four months; |

The Best Damn TV Column - Anywhere (Dec 05 2003 16:58 GMT) - Lisa de Moraes writes the tv column for the Washington Post. Now I couldn't really give a rat's ass for tv ratings - but she is such a good read I check every day to see if she has written something (she is featured 3-4 times a week). A very dry humour and plenty of zingers. |

Treo 600 for T-Mobile by December 15th (Dec 05 2003 16:57 GMT) - We've heard from a well-placed source that Handspring.com should have the Treo 600 for T-Mobile available for sale beginning on December 15th. We still don't know when T-Mobile itself will begin offering the Treo 600 directly (we're working on that), but apparently the holdup has to do with some "business issues" that T-Mobile is having with Handspring.... |
