Mehera J. Irani: Bhooty (Dec 06 2003 16:12 GMT) - When Baba returned from His mast trip, He told us the story of the puppy's narrow escape from death, and how He had rescued her. Baba's gestures were so perfect in their expression that we all listened spellbound. In silence, how eloquently Baba spoke. He made the story come alive. |

Spears "Barfing Her Way From New York To Hawaii" (Dec 06 2003 16:12 GMT) - E!'s own Ted Casablancas clearly kicks the ass of all pretenders to the gossip throne with his colorful verbiage, but what's even more entertaining in this story is the Btitney camp's refutation to her cross-country bouts of vomitry in the nation's better bar bathrooms: "Yes, Britney was there. But the one who was sick was Britney's look-alike blond girlfriend, not Britney. So, you see--another lie about Britney! |

Tom is always an astute observer and thinker and collector of anything that might possibly help groups of people work better together, and tap their own co-intelligence.Diversity makes whole systems possible: You need diverse parts to make a bicycle. A barrel of handlebars won't do the job. |

Larry King, I can do it too (Dec 06 2003 16:10 GMT) - But you don't come here for regurgitated platitudes like "Larry King is an idiot". To the contrary, if you look up Trouble Sells in the dictionary, you see a picture of iconoclasm. If we've got one thing, it's class, class, class, and style. |

Smoke and Mirrors (Dec 06 2003 16:04 GMT) - Last night I finished my contracts outline. Throughout the semester, I've always felt that I had a better understanding of contracts than torts. The number of times I left torts class wondering what was going on is essentially uncountable. Now that I've done outlines for both the classes, something has become obvious. My understanding of contracts, such as it is, is almost entirely local in scope. |
