The idea is that the visitor is presented with a PDA and will use its internal digicam to snap barcodes to receive information about the item they are viewing. Sounds like an innovative use of handheld technology. |

I do, however, wonder what all these wireless attachments will do to overall PDA useability, since Bluetooth is quite a battery power hog when enabled for long periods on PDAs.In related news I hadn't realised that Logitech is pushing its new Bluetooth hub as a general wireless hub, rather than just something to power its keyboards and mice. |
