Zero Degrees - Social Networking (Dec 11 2003 16:28 GMT) - Zero Degrees broadens their beta launch. Some interesting aspects versus Linked-in, Spoke, etc. This social - business networking space is getting rather crowded. I'm yet to see any real utility from it. |

Let's dump 'Jury's Still Out' stories (Dec 11 2003 16:26 GMT) - Here we have Newsday reporting that it's too soon to tell whether tabs targeting young readers are gaining any traction. See, if I were ambitious enough to work up a functioning lampoon of this kind of story, I'd post a Plymouth Colony dateline on a story reporting how the jury's still out on this whole Colonizing North America thing, or I'd dateline it Kitty Hawk and say, well, people are still skeptical about the prospects for the Wright Brothers' flying machine. If it's too soon to tell, it's too soon to tell our readers. |
