ChoicePC gathers support for LindowsOS resellers (Dec 11 2003 18:31 GMT) - LindowsOS has opened a new Web site, called ChoicePC, to elicit support for its resellers, who are under attack by Microsoft. Originally, that support was for resellers in the Netherlands, but Microsoft has launched similar legal blitzkriegs in Sweden and France, and ChoicePC has responded by adding support for resellers in those countries as well. |

(Dec 11 2003 18:28 GMT) - Goombah gets mentioned by CNET in Search tools target digital music listeners: An independent company has bolstered this with a new Macintosh-only iTunes plug-in called Goombah, which analyzes a listener's downloads, looks at other people's play lists, and makes recommendations based on the listening habits of people with similar tastes. It's great to see real people using this since we spent so much time working on it. Even crazier to see people using features such as blogs that I designed and built. I really wish I didn't have to spend this week studying, I'd much rather help flush out the feature set and fix bugs. |
