Vintage Photo Archives: Klaatu (In Skiff Guard Outfit) (Dec 12 2003 06:00 GMT) - To modern Star Wars fans, the name ‘Klaatu’ (along with Nikto, Barada, and Weequay) was the name of his species, but that wasn't the case in the old school days. In the Eighties, that was his given name; the one you'd find on his driver's licence. As such, Klaatu (In Skiff Guard Outfit) was actually the same guy as the dude with the furry skirt that came out on the 65 back cards mere months earlier. Both can be found in the Vintage Photo Archive. |
