- Usually when a geek or developer sets up a startup they get the business sid eof the article sof operation of the corporation wrong. Wrong in the sens that they do not limit the article allowing memebers of an LLC to borrow or be loaned money.You really should not do LLC member or stockholder loans as it sets up divided loyalties between the LLC and other issues as the people getting the loan then become more powerfull due to the loan amount in far greater influence than they should have and it unblances the management of that LLC or corporation. You can still take care of founders working for no immeidiate salary by drawign up an agreement that when revenue exceeds the labor costs of producing the product that their payment woudl then be made serving as past salary. |
