Visa Purchases Up 45 Percent Online (Dec 18 2003 14:55 GMT) - Visa reports that online purchases are up about 45 percent from last year. These accounted for 7.2 percent of all sales this year, versus last year's 5.9 percent. The rise comes partly from a 38 percent increase in the number of transactions as well as an additional increase in the average sum involved in each purchase. |
