Reservation (Dec 18 2003 20:58 GMT) - I think it's a fairly normal practice for people to to make reservations at more than one restaurant. Maybe one's a backup. Maybe you're not sure if your date will eat seafood or something. But when you book a reservation for a holiday party for 15 guests, and we rearrange out restaurant and inconvenience other guests, we certainly expect you to either show up or call us to cancel. Personally, I always call to cancel a reservation if I'm not going to make it. |
