In other words, to make due with what you have or make something that will work from materials available. It was a sort of motto used rather liberally in the days of the Clinton Army. The 428th Transportation Co. has done just that. |

Why should we remain committed to France, Germany, and Russia, who seem far more comfortable with Chinese interests than American interests? I'm not saying that we need a major international shakeup, of course. The Cold War was a BIG DEAL. It required serious alliances, out in the open for the appearance of strength. |
