(in a + for the good things and a - for the allergic reaction but another + for you being ok even though the carrot thing sucks) it's interesting you mention the carrots in the stir-fry being ok....my mum is allergic to carrots, as well, but she's found that she can eat cooked ones....maybe it has to do with a chemical change after they've been cooked? so perhaps you won't have to completely give up your carrots. |
