Still here (Dec 31 2003 06:14 GMT) - I just finished a major editing and typing job I brought home from work. I've been deleting some pretty bad comments from old blog entries. I'm seriously considering closing comments on all blogs more than a week old. And, I'm reading other people's blogs and leaving some pretty bad comments of my own. |

Don't be tempted to going to TOAST as Velvet Jones are playing, and extensive RiotACT testing has shown their music makes beer taste bad (lovely guys though I'm sure they are). |

- The Canberra Times has bestirred itself sufficiently to put out this gusher on the upcoming international womens tennis action at Lyneham. If professional tennis and all it's participants were to be swallowed up by the ground tommorrow my life would be marginally improved with less interruptions to my normal television viewing. Can anyone who cares comment about this event and what it means? |

- Just following up from a previous post I found this interesting little piece on the Libs website. Frankly I reckon the Comrade will take the easy option and say something along the lines that we were all canberrans of the year and that should be good enough. Then again, it would always be a very good election pitch (not that there is any chance of our impotent and pretty much irrelevant and rudderless (now minus the bearded wonder) opposition actually having any chance of taking government).
