P2P Reputation Systems (Dec 31 2003 14:18 GMT) - Can peer-to-peer (P2P) reputations systems work? Some of the successful and well known reputation systems on the web are controlled and managed by a central entity. The Urban Zoo vs Insulin ... (Dec 31 2003 14:18 GMT) - The Urban Zoo vs Insulin vs YahooGroups Configuration WizardSurrounded by concrete, I feel like an exhibit in a zoo. Why do people call it a "concrete jungle" or an "urban jungle"? This is anything but a jungle. This is a restricted, pseudo-spatial cage. I can only move within a limited circumference, determined by the government and 'law-enforcement' agencies, who are, technically speaking, the zoo-keepers. |
