good ends and good beginnings (Jan 01 2004 14:59 GMT) - It's not often that I turn up to someone's place and the first thing I do is shower. It was an august setting for the last slash gathering of the year. The theme this time was: bucket party. Having alcohol mixed up in a bucket sure is a good way of getting boozed up in a hurry -- there was promise of people crawling along the floors on their hands and knees. |

Scheiß RTL (Jan 01 2004 14:59 GMT) - RTL hat es mit erstaunlichem Erfolg geschafft, nacheinander relative Randsportarten in das Zentrum des öffentlichen Interesses zu ziehen und damit die große Kohle zu machen. Anfangs Formel 1, dann Boxen und seit einigen Jahren auch noch Skispringen, was sogar noch langweiliger ist als die anderen beiden.
